Reviewers may consider the completeness of the application, the applicant’s stated situation, available program resources, and whether the information provided is accurate and reviewable.

Eligible applicants may be contacted for additional details. A request for additional information does not guarantee approval or assistance.

The program may decline applications that are incomplete, inaccurate, outside program guidelines, duplicative, or unable to be reviewed with the information submitted.

No application fee is required unless otherwise disclosed clearly in writing by the program.
